*Job Description- BDE (Phonepe)* *Role*- BDE (Business Development Executive) *Salary* - *20k-22k CTC* (inhand- *15k -18k*)+ Incentives + Petrol Allowance (depends on the daily sale) *Job Type:* Off Roll (Third Party) *Eligibility Criteria* * Minimum *12th* Pass * *Two wheeler* mandatory * *Age:* 18-35 yrs * *Male* Candidates only *Mandatory Documents*- Pan Card + 12th Marksheet + Bank Account + Passport size Photograph + Resume Minimum 3 months experience required in Sales. *Daily Tasks* 1- QR Code 2- Sound Box 3- Loan 4- Revisit *Full Day Attendance Criteria* 12 activities complete karni hoti hai BDE ko. Agar BDE 8-9 activities bhi complete kar lete hai ek din me to wo eligible hote hai uss din ki salary+incentives+fuel allowance k liye. BDE has to complete 12 activities. If a BDE completes even 8-9 activities in a day, they are eligible for the salary, incentives, and fuel allowance for that particular day.
