Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. 🔹 Position 1: Product Advisor – Telecalling Sales 📍 Job Locations Bangalore – (Fresher / Experienced) Kochi – (Fresher / Experienced) Hyderabad – (Experienced only) Chennai – (Fresher / Experienced) 🎯 Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services Handle sales, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions Maintain proper call quality and follow company scripts Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Update customer details accurately in CRM system ✅ Eligibility Criteria Qualification: HSC Pass / Any Graduate Freshers: 2025 batch graduates can apply Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling Sales / Collections / Upselling / Renewals (for experienced roles) Stable profiles preferred Good communication and convincing skills 💰 Salary & Benefits In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 Performance-based incentives Fixed day shift 🕘 Shift Details Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Off: 1 rotational weekday off (Monday to Friday) 🔹 Position 2: Customer Service Executive – Renewals (High Priority) 📍 Location Bangalore – 10 Openings 🎯 Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls Manage policy renewals and customer follow-ups Resolve customer queries professionally Ensure customer satisfaction and retention Maintain accurate records and documentation ✅ Eligibility Criteria Qualification: HSC Pass Age Limit: 22 – 36 years Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service / Renewals Good problem-solving and communication skills 💰 Salary ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 In-hand (based on last drawn salary) 🕘 Shift Details Week Offs: 2 rotational weekday offs (Monday to Friday) Shift Timing: Females: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Males: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM 🌟 Why Join Us?
