Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Full Time, Onsite) based in Bengaluru, Karnataka with a salary of 4 – 5 LPA. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years-level experience and hold a Bachelor Degree Any degree or equivalent. We have 6 - 10 opening(s) for this role. You should be proficient in Customer Support, Communication Skills, English Speaking and Hindi Speaking. As a Customer Support Executive, your key responsibilities will include: • Respond to customer queries via chat, email and phone • Resolve complaints promptly and professionally • Maintain customer satisfaction and NPS scores • Log all interactions in CRM software • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams • Identify recurring issues and report to product team • Follow communication scripts and guidelines • Assist customers with onboarding and product usage We offer Paid Leaves to all our team members.
