We are looking for a Plant Head (Full Time, Onsite) based in khairthal, Rajasthan with a salary of 8 – 10 LPA. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years-level experience and hold a BE Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent. We have 1 opening(s) for this role. As a Plant Head, your key responsibilities will include: • Plant Head – Glass Manufacturing Industry An experienced Plant Head with strong expertise in leading end-to-end glass manufacturing operations, ensuring maximum productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Skilled in managing production planning, furnace operations, tempering, insulating glass, CNC processing, double edging, lamination, quality assurance, maintenance, dispatch, and inventory management. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize production processes, reduce downtime, improve OEE, and implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experienced in manpower planning, workforce development, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, production scheduling, quality standards, customer compliance, statutory regulations, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices. Capable of driving cost reduction, minimizing wastage, improving yield, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while maintaining the highest product quality. A strategic and result-oriented leader with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Adept at coordinating with sales, procurement, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.
