Job Description

We are looking for a TeleCaller (Full Time, Remote) based in , with a salary of 3 – 4 LPA. The ideal candidate should have Fresher-level experience and hold a 10th Pass degree or equivalent. We have 2 - 5 opening(s) for this role. You should be proficient in Communication Skills. As a TeleCaller, your key responsibilities will include: • Make outbound calls to leads and prospects • Explain products or services clearly and persuasively • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information • Maintain call records and update CRM • Follow up with leads to convert to customers • Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets • Handle objections professionally and politely • Escalate complex queries to senior team members We offer Work from home to all our team members.
