Job Description

We are looking for a TeleCaller (Full Time, Onsite) based in New Delhi, Delhi with a salary of 2 – 3 LPA. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years-level experience and hold a 10th Pass degree or equivalent. We have 6 - 10 opening(s) for this role. You should be proficient in Telecalling, Loan Processing and Personal loan. As a TeleCaller, your key responsibilities will include: • Make outbound calls to leads and prospects • Explain products or services clearly and persuasively • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information • Maintain call records and update CRM • Follow up with leads to convert to customers • Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets • Handle objections professionally and politely • Escalate complex queries to senior team members We offer Paid Leaves, Flexible hours, Performance bonus, Learning budget and Team outings to all our team members.
